Are you a commercially minded Dutch speaker who enjoys working with business clients? We're looking for a B2B customer support advisor to assist corporate customers on-site in Athens, Greece. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a professional B2B environment.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
- Experience in B2B customer service or account management is a plus
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking business clients
- Handle account queries, orders, and service-level concerns professionally
- Build strong relationships with B2B customers and support their day-to-day needs
- Coordinate internally with sales, logistics, and billing teams
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions

- Salary: €1,300 – €1,600 gross/month
