Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-oriented Danish Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an exciting Automotive Digital Services project for a globally recognized automotive brand known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and user satisfaction. In this role, you will assist customers with premium automotive applications and digital platforms, ensuring a warm, efficient, and professional support experience. This position offers the flexibility of a full-time, fully remote setup from anywhere within Portugal.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Respond efficiently to incoming user inquiries through phone, chat, and email channels, delivering top-tier service.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding automotive software, mobile applications, and digital services, performing diagnostics to resolve technical or account issues.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions, troubleshooting paths, and resolutions within the CRM database.
  • Stay continuously updated on the brand's latest digital service rollouts, corporate policies, and promotional offers.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams to share customer feedback and continuously optimize the overall brand experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual quality, speed, and operational performance targets.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent Danish (C1-C2 level) accompanied by good operational English skills.
  • Core Competencies: Strong active listening, clear verbal/written communication, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
  • Aptitude: A genuine interest in the automotive sector and cutting-edge digital solutions, with a natural ability to troubleshoot software or account issues.
  • Organization: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to thrive and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in a customer service or tech support role is preferred; experience handling specialized CRM platforms is a distinct plus.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time hours, operating on standard rotational schedules tailored to project demands.

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €1,030 Gross x 14 months per year.
  • Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day.
