We are seeking a motivated, customer-centric Slovak Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a leading global customer experience consultancy in Sofia, Bulgaria. Supporting a major international brand in the consumer goods sector, you will serve as the primary touchpoint for customers seeking assistance. This role combines multi-channel communication with efficient problem-solving to deliver professional support and maximize customer satisfaction.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally across inbound voice calls, live text chat, email, and social media channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve client issues efficiently, acting as the brand's frontline voice and key standard for service quality.
  • Log all customer touchpoints, diagnostic histories, and account milestones precisely within CRM databases.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally across internal support departments to manage escalations or specialty requests effectively.
  • Consistently maintain precise administrative accuracy while meeting defined service level targets (KPIs).

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Native or close-to-native fluency in Slovak (C1/C2 level, clear articulation) paired with a strong operational command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Sound digital literacy, quick typing speed, and day-to-day proficiency using MS Office applications and customer databases.
  • Core Competencies: Clear, solution-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative team attitude.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, contact centers, or retail client care is highly preferred.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) operating on rotating operational shift tracks.
  • Operational Window: * Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00

    • Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 16:00

  • Salary Range: €1,700 – €1,900 Gross base per month.
