Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients via phone and digital channels with technical queries, product installations, and system configuration.
- Diagnose technical root causes patiently and explain solutions in clear, layman's terms.
- Keep precise records of all customer inquiries within the ticketing platform.
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and functional English.
- Natural curiosity for technical setups, software applications, or digital tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must hold a valid EU Passport or a current, unrestricted work permit for Greece.
