Core Mission: Drive brand buzz, viral content, and end-to-end campaign execution across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Campaigns

  • Own monthly content + campaign calendar (Social / Push / CRM / In-App)
  • Localize + adapt global campaigns for the Thai market
  • Write Thai copy for ads, socials, CRM & captions (tone aligned to brand personality)
  • Manage 360° campaign execution (brief shoot publish report)
  • Develop communication plans for each campaign (hook, rollout, CTA roadmap)
  • Build campaign narratives + creative angles that spark virality

Social Media Management

  • Manage multi-platform presence: IG, TikTok, FB, X, YouTube Shorts, Threads
  • Create social-first content (static + reels + short-form storytelling)
  • Community management (comments, UGC duets, trend-hacking in real time)
  • Use analytics dashboards to track performance & content ROI

Influencer & Viral Marketing

  • Identify creators (nano macro) to drive awareness & conversion
  • Manage seeding, barter, paid collabs, and KOL performance reporting
  • Negotiate fees & maintain strong creator relations
  • Experiment with viral formats & culture-moment hijacking

Core Expertise

  • Social media strategy & content planning
  • Creative storytelling + strong Thai copywriting
  • Viral content & trend spotting
  • Influencer/KOL management & negotiation
  • CRM + in-app communication understanding
  • Campaign execution end-to-end (brief shoot publish optimize)
  • Analytics reading (IG/TikTok/Facebook dashboards, GA, CRM reports)
  • Basic editing skills (CapCut/Adobe Premiere preferred)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, campaign management, or digital marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to craft engaging, on-brand Thai copy across social, ads, CRM, and in-app channels; capable of translating/adapting content from English
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (IG, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube Shorts, Threads) and current digital/cultural trends
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end 360° campaigns, including briefing, content production, publishing, optimization, and reporting
  • Solid skills in influencer/KOL identification, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Comfortable working with analytics dashboards (IG/TikTok/Facebook Insights, GA, CRM reports) to evaluate content performance and ROI
  • Basic proficiency in content editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere)
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple timelines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative, proactive, trend-aware, and eager to experiment with new formats and ideas

  • 10 short-form videos/month on top of BAU work
  • Engagement rate growth 20% MoM
  • Follower growth 10% MoM
  • Influencer ROI (Cost per engagement/conversion)
  • Community response speed target: under 24h avg
  • 1 viral content/mo (3x avg ER or 2x reach vs baseline)
