Position: Chinese Interpreter

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Chinese Interpreter to facilitate effective communication between Chinese-speaking management and local employees. The successful candidate will provide accurate interpretation and translation support across daily operations, meetings, production, and business functions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation between Mandarin Chinese and Thai/English during meetings, production discussions, training sessions, and business negotiations.
- Translate written documents, including reports, emails, policies, manuals, presentations, contracts, and technical documents.
- Support communication between Chinese expatriates and local employees across all departments.
- Assist Chinese management with daily operational coordination and administrative tasks.
- Attend internal and external meetings, taking minutes and translating key discussion points when required.
- Coordinate communication with suppliers, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Support HR in translating employee communications, announcements, training materials, and company policies.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all translated materials.
- Assist with travel arrangements, visa documentation, and expatriate support when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Translation, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience as a Chinese Interpreter (Fresh graduates with excellent language skills are welcome to apply).
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 5 or above preferred).
- Good command of Thai and English (both spoken and written).
- Experience supporting Chinese expatriates or working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, electronics, chemical, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of production terminology and technical vocabulary.
- Experience translating technical documents and engineering materials.
- Familiarity with Chinese business culture and cross-cultural communication.
