Company Overview

MADE Manufacturing is a growing beverage manufacturing company specializing in coconut water as its core product, with additional juice and health-oriented beverage lines.
The company is currently operating a new manufacturing plant and is in a scale-up phase, offering a dynamic, fast-paced, and modern working environment.

  • Current headcount: ~60 employees

  • Expansion plan: ~80 employees within the year

  • Business focus: Modern beverage / FMCG / health-oriented products

Position Overview

The HR Manager will be a key strategic partner to the Plant Director, responsible for building and strengthening HR foundations for a growing manufacturing plant.

This role requires a mature and proactive HR professional who can go beyond an order-taker role, propose initiatives, and align HR practices with business and operational needs in a fast-growing environment.

Reporting Line

  • Reports directly to: Plant Director

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning (Approx. 70–80%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for the manufacturing plant

  • Work closely with Plant Director and line managers on manpower planning

  • Priority hiring: Production Manager to support upcoming plant expansion

  • Support headcount growth from approximately 60 to 80 employees

  • Ensure recruitment aligns with business growth and operational requirements

2. HR Policy, Benefits & Labor Compliance

  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Complete and enhance the remaining HR policy and benefits framework (currently ~70% completed)

  • Benchmark compensation, benefits, and policies against the market

  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor law and related regulations

  • Propose and implement modern HR practices to create an attractive workplace

3. Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management

  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration

  • Align performance management systems with rewards and incentives

  • Support salary structure planning and HR budgeting

  • Promote fair, transparent, and performance-driven HR practices

4. Stakeholder & People Management

  • Act as a key HR partner to management and cross-functional teams

  • Manage internal stakeholders and peer-level collaboration

  • Support employee relations and workplace communication

  • Ensure effective coordination between management and employees

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Background

  • Age: Not over 40 years old

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience (HR Generalist / HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager level)

  • Manufacturing or FMCG industry experience is preferred

  • Experience in new plant setup or fast-growing organizations is an advantage
