Job Purpose
The Human Resource Manager plays a strategic and operational role in driving people strategies that support business growth and regional expansion. This role partners closely with management and branch leaders to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-impact HR practices across head office and all regional operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Business Partnership

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companies business direction and expansion plans.

Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior management and branch managers on people-related matters.

Ensure consistency and alignment of HR initiatives across head office and regional operations.
2. Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition

Lead nationwide recruitment to attract, hire, and retain qualified talent for both central and regional teams.

Collaborate with branch managers to assess manpower needs and address local workforce challenges.

Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract talent in key local markets.
3. People Development & Performance Management

Design and manage performance management and evaluation processes across all levels and locations.

Identify organizational and individual training needs; implement learning and development programs.

Support career pathing and succession planning for critical and high-potential positions.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement (Head Office & Branches)

Develop employee engagement initiatives that foster collaboration and unity across regions.

Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes consistently and professionally.

Conduct regular site visits to maintain strong communication with regional teams and reinforce HR presence.
5. Compensation & Benefits Management

Design and maintain competitive, fair, and sustainable compensation structures.

Ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance for both head office and branch operations.

Conduct market benchmarking and manage employee benefits and welfare programs.
6. Policy, Compliance & Risk Management

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies to ensure clear understanding across all locations.

Ensure full compliance with Thai labor laws and relevant employment regulations.

Support internal audits and mitigate risks related to labor, compliance, and employee relations.
7. HR Operations & Digital Systems

Oversee and continuously improve HR operations and HRIS across multiple sites.

Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting to support decision-making.
