JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to oversee and optimize the full spectrum of operations for a leading real estate development company. The ideal candidate must bring deep, hands-on experience managing end-to-end functions in property development — from land acquisition, design, and construction, to sales, marketing, and after-sales service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate all operational departments across the full property development lifecycle:
Land Acquisition & Feasibility
Project Planning & Design
Construction Management
Budgeting & Cost Control
Sales & Marketing Execution
Legal & Compliance
Customer Experience & After-Sales Service - Drive the operational performance of multiple real estate projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use) to ensure profitability, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee project pipeline, portfolio growth, and resource allocation.
- Implement KPIs, SOPs, and reporting structures across all departments to improve project governance and transparency.
- Collaborate with Board to shape corporate strategies and expansion initiatives.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, legal advisors, and government agencies.
- Drive innovation in project delivery, technology integration, and customer service excellence.
- Lead risk management practices related to project delays, regulatory changes, and market volatility.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in real estate development or property business, with at least 5 years in a COO / CEO or senior operational leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in leading multiple real estate projects across all functions — from feasibility to handover.
- Strong knowledge of Thailands real estate regulations, property law, and construction permitting processes.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to align operational efficiency with business growth.
- Strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and team-building skills.
- Fluent in English Communications
