FP&A Manager (Insurance)

FP&A Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. The role partners closely with senior management and business teams to deliver financial insights, ensure financial discipline, and improve overall financial outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods; provide clear variance analysis and actionable insights.
• Partner closely with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and commercial teams to support pricing, portfolio management, and profitability analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, reinsurance decisions, and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and regional stakeholders.
• Act as a finance business partner to functional and commercial teams, supporting strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial systems.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies.
