Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the orchestration of integrated marketing launch plans for new product releases in close collaboration with Marketing Leads, Technical Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to our buyer personas. Ensure consistent, differentiated storytelling across all customer-facing touchpoints.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and in-depth analysis to inform stakeholders of market direction and latest product innovation.
  • Product & Sales Enablement: Oversee the creation of self-service enablement content (video explainers, interactive tours, UI visuals, documentation) and sales collateral (sales decks, one-pagers) to support Customer Success in driving feature adoption.
  • Website Management: Own the website as a growth channel, including conversion rate optimization and user experience improvements to drive signups, demos, and product knowledge.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Manage direct and sequential communications (newsletter, email sequences, and in-app posts) throughout the user lifecycle, from user onboarding to product adoption.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Product Marketers / Growth Specialists responsible for the production of the customer-facing collateral (short and long copy, visuals, videos). Set clear priorities, standards of excellence, and execution frameworks.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs with a focus on performance and adoption (new signups/subscriptions acquired, conversion rates, sales asset utilization), measure campaign effectiveness, and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.

Ideal requirements:

  • Min. 6-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within a Product-Led Growth environment; exposure to HR Tech or Staffing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in senior product marketing roles, with a strong track record of positioning complex products in competitive and evolving markets.
  • Exceptional storytelling and copywriting capabilities, with the ability to translate sophisticated product functionality into clear, compelling, and customer-centric value propositions.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute cross-functional initiatives, managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with strong organizational discipline.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, comfortable operating with ambiguity and translating high-level strategies into concrete execution plans.
  • Strong technical fluency, capable of making complex product concepts accessible through educational and enablement content.
  • Previous experience with modern marketing stack (Webflow CMS, Intercom, Hubspot, B2B Attribution Platform, etc.) and project management platforms (Notion, ClickUp, Jira).
  • Familiarity with AI and LLMs tools for content creation, optimization, and scaling is a strong advantage.
