Position Overview
Lead the strategic design, development, and management of enterprise-wide AI and Cloud platforms, spearheading digital transformation across Engineering, Retail, and Field Service operations. This executive technology role drives innovation through AI, Cloud, IoT, and data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency, safety, customer experience, and business value creation.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Technology Leadership
- Define and execute comprehensive Cloud & AI vision and roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives
- Establish Enterprise Data Lake & AI/ML Platform as the foundation for data-driven decision making
- Develop advanced AI applications including demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, customer analytics, and conversational AI solutions
- Lead enterprise-wide Digital Transformation initiatives across all business units
Field Service & Engineering Technology
- Architect and deploy Field Service Management (FSM) Platform encompassing job assignment, intelligent scheduling, dispatching, and execution workflows
- Implement AI-powered scheduling optimization and route planning to maximize technician productivity
- Develop comprehensive Technician Mobile Applications with real-time updates, documentation capture, and digital workflows
- Create Customer-facing Portal and Mobile App for service booking, status tracking, payments, and feedback
- Deploy IoT solutions and wearable technology for technician safety monitoring and quality assurance
Retail & Customer Experience Platforms
- Build and optimize Retail Technology Stack including POS systems, inventory management, and promotional platforms
- Design omni-channel customer experience integrating physical stores, digital platforms, mobile applications, and contact centers
- Leverage AI-driven customer analytics for personalization, cross-selling, and revenue optimization
- Enhance customer service capabilities through intelligent chatbots, AI-powered call centers, and automated support systems
- Develop real-time analytics dashboards for retail performance and customer satisfaction monitoring
Enterprise Digital Transformation
- Drive process automation initiatives using RPA, workflow optimization, and self-service platforms
- Foster digital culture transformation and workforce upskilling programs
- Collaborate with Executive Committee and Business Unit leaders to prioritize high-impact digital investments
- Lead change management for technology adoption across all organizational levels
Governance & Operations
- Establish comprehensive Data Governance, Cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance frameworks (PDPA/GDPR)
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and outsourcing partnerships to ensure SLA performance and ROI
- Optimize cloud infrastructure and AI investments with measurable business impact metrics
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
- 12-15+ years of progressive experience in IT, Cloud, AI, or Digital Transformation roles
- Minimum 5 years in senior leadership positions with proven team management experience
Technical Expertise
- Demonstrated success implementing Field Service Management and Retail Technology platforms at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in major Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML technologies
- Strong background in IoT, Data Platforms, Mobile Application development, and system integration
- Hands-on experience with modern software development methodologies and DevOps practices
Business Acumen
- Comprehensive understanding of Engineering Contractor, Retail Operations, and Field Service business models
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes

- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Strategic project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting
