Position: Web Developer (Frontend)

About the Role

We are looking for a Web Developer who understands not only code, but also user experience. We are seeking someone who can build fast, secure, and scalable web applications while recognizing that a website is the first gateway to the user journey.

This role goes beyond making websites functional — you will help create high-performance, intuitive, and scalable platforms that support real global usage of our VPN services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications and websites.
  • Build responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across mobile, tablet, and desktop.

  • Develop scalable front-end architectures using modern frameworks.

  • Optimize web performance, usability, and SEO.

  • Integrate web applications with APIs (REST or GraphQL).

  • Ensure web security best practices (HTTPS, XSS, CSRF protection, etc.).

  • Collaborate closely with Business, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Evaluate code quality and apply proper design patterns and best practices.

  • Identify problems proactively and design effective technical solutions.

  • Utilize AI tools and AI-assisted development to improve productivity and code quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Web Development.

  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and code quality

    evaluation.
  • Proven experience with Frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React.js, or Next.js.
  • Experience building responsive web applications across multiple devices.
  • Solid understanding of web performance optimization and SEO principles.
  • Proficient in Git with demonstrable project work (Git repositories required).

  • Experience integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

  • Knowledge of web security fundamentals (HTTPS, XSS, CSRF).

  • Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or MySQL isa plus.
  • Ability to effectively use AI tools or AI coding assistants in real development workflows (experience with AI Agents is highly preferred).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Good collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of VPN technology, networking, or internet privacy.

    Knowledge of software or IT business models, especially related to VPN services.

  • Portfolio of live websites or deployed web applications. 

  • Leadership mindset with the ability to work under pressure and handle challenges effectively.

  • Positive attitude and proactive ownership of work.
