Role Overview

This role is responsible for building and scaling a high-value luxury supply ecosystem within a leading premium resale marketplace. The position focuses on acquiring top-tier consignors, securing exclusive partnerships, and strengthening the platforms catalog with investment-grade inventory that drives GMV growth, sell-through performance, and premium brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Luxury Supply Acquisition

  • Identify, acquire, and manage high-value luxury consignors including professional resellers, Instagram-based sellers, VIP private collectors, and boutique partners.
  • Source grail, hype-driven, and investment-grade luxury inventory to elevate the premium assortment.

  • Secure exclusive consignment agreements and B2B partnerships with offline luxury boutiques and private sellers.

2. Inventory & Portfolio Strategy

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-demand luxury SKUs, particularly handbags and watches.
  • Identify supply gaps using internal platform data and market insights; proactively source inventory to meet demand.

  • Anticipate resale trends and secure supply ahead of market demand to maintain competitive advantage.

3. Commercial & Market Strategy

  • Define and optimize competitive commission structures and payout models to attract and retain premium sellers.
  • Monitor the secondary luxury market across Thailand and Southeast Asia, including competitor movements and pricing trends.

  • Ensure supply quality and mix directly support GMV growth, margin targets, and sell-through improvement.

4. Relationship Management & Ecosystem Development

  • Build long-term strategic relationships with luxury ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Strengthen credibility within the luxury resale community to expand sourcing reach and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

  •  

    Minimum 3 years of experience in Luxury Retail, Business Development, Merchandising, or Luxury Resale (pre-owned experience strongly preferred).
  • Established network of luxury resellers, collectors, boutiques, or brand VIP clients with immediate sourcing capability.

  • Strong expertise in luxury handbags and watches, including model knowledge, materials, production years, and resale value drivers.

  • Commercially driven mindset with a clear understanding of how supply quality impacts GMV, sell-through, and profitability.

  • Deep understanding of the Thai luxury resale market and ability to identify untapped sourcing opportunities.

  • Native Thai speaker with professional-level English communication skills.
