Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, inventory reconciliation, and compliance. This role plays a key part in supporting the stabilization and optimization of the recently implemented ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, and month-end closing.

• Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Manage inventory accounting and reconcile stock movements in a manufacturing environment.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and related parties.

• Support ERP stabilization by ensuring accurate data, resolving accounting discrepancies, improving system workflows, and coordinating with IT and relevant departments.

• Supervise and develop junior accounting staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.

• 13-15 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience required).

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and inventory accounting.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; experience in post-implementation stabilization is preferred.

• Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure.
