Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Service Delivery

  • Lead People Operations covering HR services, employee lifecycle, administration, and employee support

  • Ensure accurate and timely HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, employee records)

  • Establish service standards to enhance employee experience and HR responsiveness

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Lead Talent Acquisition for manufacturing, technical, corporate, and leadership roles

  • Partner with business leaders on manpower planning, role requirements, and hiring criteria

  • Oversee sourcing strategies, competency-based interviews, assessments, and selection

  • Strengthen employer branding through campaigns, social media, job fairs, and academic partnerships

  • Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, candidate experience)

  • Build talent pipelines for critical and technical positions

Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

  • Oversee monthly C&B operations, governance, and internal controls with Finance

  • Manage compensation structures, benefits, incentives, and HR policies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, ISO standards, and company policies

HRIS & Digital Transformation

  • Lead HRIS / cloud-based system implementation and optimization

  • Ensure data accuracy, role-based access, and reliable reporting

  • Enhance digital HR services (self-service, workflows, approvals, automated reports)

  • Utilize HR analytics to provide workforce insights and trends

Employee Relations & HR Governance

  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes

  • Strengthen HR governance, employment contracts, DOA alignment, and policy standardization

  • Support labor law compliance, government liaison, and audit readiness

People Operations Strategy & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop People Operations roadmap focused on efficiency and digitalization

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce errors and enhance employee experience

  • Collaborate with Talent Management and TA teams across the employee lifecycle

Data, Reporting & Risk Management

  • Oversee HR data governance, privacy, audit trails, and system controls

  • Provide accurate HR reports, dashboards, and insights to leadership

  • Ensure HR processes meet internal audit, external audit, and ISO requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, C&B, HRIS, or Shared Services

  • Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR compliance in manufacturing/industrial environments

  • Experience in HR digital transformation and HRIS implementation (cloud-based preferred)

  • Strong analytical, process-oriented, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities

  • High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence
