ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Process & Productivity Improvement
-
Study, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
-
Define, monitor, and optimize productivity metrics, line balancing, and cycle time
-
Design and improve factory and production line layouts to support business expansion
2. Cost Reduction & Resource Optimization
-
Analyze manufacturing costs and propose cost-reduction initiatives
-
Optimize the utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and energy to maximize efficiency
3. Standardization & Work Study
-
Conduct work measurement, time study, and method study
-
Establish and continuously improve standard times and work instructions
4. Capability Planning & Investment Support
-
Assess production capacity and plan effective resource utilization
-
Support decision-making for investments in new machinery and technologies
5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
-
Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes
-
Apply Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma tools in continuous improvement projects
6. People Development
-
Develop Industrial Engineering and problem-solving capabilities within the team
-
Build a high-performing team focused on productivity and cost efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in IE or productivity improvement within a manufacturing environment (experience in Beverage or Food industries is a strong advantage)

Strong knowledge of work study, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma
-
Proficient in analytical tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, and AutoCAD
-
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage
-
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Good command of English, both written and spoken
