Position: Senior Manager / Assistant Director
Job Description

Negotiate, review, draft, and provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate documents, including lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, service contracts, construction contracts, hotel management agreements, and hotel franchise agreements.

Support investment initiatives and business expansion projects in alignment with the companys strategic objectives, working closely with internal stakeholders, government authorities, and external legal counsel.

Manage and oversee legal processes related to mergers and acquisitions, hotel management, and hotel franchise matters in both Thailand and overseas jurisdictions.

Handle corporate registration and regulatory filings with the Department of Business Development (DBD).

Identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal risks, providing guidance on legal and regulatory compliance matters.

Provide legal support in areas including insurance, litigation, intellectual property, and data protection.

Oversee and maintain legal department data and documentation systems.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Law.

Holder of a Lawyers License and Notarial Services Attorney qualification.

Aged between 30–45 years.

Minimum of 10–15 years of legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal role.

Proven experience in M&A transactions; exposure to offshore or outbound deals and the hotel industry is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, contracts, intellectual property, information technology law, and data protection regulations.

Background in real estate development or project financing is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
