Hiring Position: Senior Product Manager: Open to Candidates from The Philippines Only

Working Condition: Hybrid Working (3 Days at Office and 2 Days from Anywhere)

Location: BGC: The Arthaland, Manila

Pay Rate: PHP 125000 to PHP 200000

Our client, a regional unicorn in Southeast Asia with a significant presence in consumer finance across Indonesia and Vietnam, is expanding its footprint to the Philippines. They are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and launch of their core product in this new market. Reporting to the Group Head of Product, the ideal candidate will bring product management expertise, strong customer empathy, and a strategic vision to help drive growth and success.

Role Overview:

• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer behavior, and product metrics to identify opportunities and fill product gaps.
• Develop new ideas to grow market share, enhance customer experience, and drive overall growth and conversion.
• Write product specifications, conduct scenario analyses, and translate strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Prioritize tasks based on business and customer impact and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to implement new features.
• Serve as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in product management or marketing within a startup environment.
• Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development (e.g., SQL skills).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product and marketing strategies, managing cross-functional projects.
• Self-motivated with strong project management skills and a sense of ownership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
