Job Summary:
An accomplished and visionary Marketing Leader is sought to drive the integrated marketing strategy and execution across multiple business units and brands. This role requires expertise in brand development, digital performance, CRM, analytics, and team leadership. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical rigor, has a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, and can translate customer insights into impactful brand experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, campaign execution, partner collaboration, marketing operations, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership

Define and lead integrated marketing strategies that align with each business unit's goals and the companys long-term vision.

Develop annual marketing roadmaps, ensuring brand clarity, positioning, and communications frameworks.

Oversee and coordinate multi-channel campaigns across digital, offline, PR, and partnership channels.

Forge and manage strategic partnerships (e.g., financial institutions, airlines, corporate clients) for co-branded campaigns and promotions.
Brand Management & Communication

Own and evolve the voice, identity, and storytelling of each brand across platforms and touchpoints.

Lead creative development of marketing content that emotionally connects with target audiences.

Maintain brand consistency and elevate brand equity through customer experience alignment.
Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization

Manage performance marketing efforts across Meta, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and other digital platforms.

Optimize campaigns using key performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV, and engagement.

Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio for real-time campaign insights.
CRM & Customer Lifecycle Strategy

Build and execute CRM strategies to enhance retention, loyalty, and upselling through segmentation and automation.

Leverage data to improve CLV, repurchase rate, churn rate, and NPS.

Manage omnichannel communication journeys and personalized campaign flows.
Marketing Analytics & Data Insights

Create marketing dashboards and funnel analytics to monitor and improve performance.

Apply RFM segmentation and customer profiling to drive conversion and loyalty.

Oversee A/B testing, campaign experiments, and data modeling to optimize content, UX, and user flows.
Marketing Operations & Reporting

Establish Marketing SOPs for campaign planning, content creation, approval processes, and agency collaboration.

Deliver structured reporting frameworks for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews.

Ensure timely and actionable reporting to C-suite and relevant business stakeholders.
Social Listening & Trend Monitoring

Utilize platforms like Brandwatch, Talkwalker, or ZOCIAL to monitor sentiment, mentions, and competitor activities.

Identify emerging trends, customer feedback, and social signals to inform campaign direction.
Cross-Business Unit Collaboration & Team Leadership

Align marketing strategies with BU Heads, Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams.

Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team, including internal and external collaborators.

Mentor team members in strategic thinking, executional excellence, and analytical skill sets.
Budgeting & Resource Allocation

Manage marketing budgets across brands and campaigns with disciplined cost control.

Allocate resources effectively across paid, owned, and earned media to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in multi-brand or multi-unit sectors (e.g., F&B, retail, lifestyle, hospitality).

Proven track record in brand building, integrated marketing execution, and digital strategy.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and working within agile, fast-paced environments.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, automation tools, and performance dashboards.

Familiarity with social listening platforms and digital campaign optimization.

Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, funnel performance, and loyalty mechanisms.
