Gain an insight and learn essential knowledge of how a successful business is built from scratch Our client is a Thai Jewelry with global aiming mindset. The business is now blooming and we are looking for someone to be a thought partner to the CEO. The company has about 19 branches nationwide and is about to expand the business to other countries in Asia. This position will give you a chance to work closely with the CEO and will fast-track you to a higher position in the company on both domestic and international platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate a potential business strategies for support business directions and trends
  • Analyze potential and existing markets in order to identify business opportunities
  • Identify and execute new opportunities in international markets that will enhance the product offerings and deliver incremental revenue and profit to the organization
  • Conduct research to identify new international business development opportunities in international markets, this is to include identifying new potential partners overseas
  • Establish and leverage relationships with key partner and business networks for special marketing campaign or collaboration projects
  • Build teamwork with internal & external partners cross-functional teams for effective project management
  • Manage costs and budgets according to ensure the efficient usage of project resources
  • Ensure the success of project for all channels through team driving
  • Measure and track ROI for project initiatives in achieving sales goals, evaluating effectiveness
  • Manage/Coordinate with top executives to follow up & ensure all strategies and initiatives are effectively managed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • At least 7-10 years of working experience in Marketing Strategy or Business Development
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to align internal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with business collaboration structures and implementation
  • Proven record in negotiation, presentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytical skill
  • Fluent in both Thai and English for business communications
