Our client operates in the pharmaceutical industry, covering the stages of production, sales, marketing, and distribution. Their main focus is on promoting access to high-quality pharmaceutical products and supplies. They offer a wide range of products, including domestically produced and imported medicines and medical supplies, as well as dietary supplements and cosmeceuticals.

Responsibilities :
  • Supervision Sales order management team on managing daily sales order management activities encompassing document, information, product, and operations workflows including order entry, order status, return authorization, billings, credits, order release, pricing, account maintenance/set up with commercial master data management and overall order fulfillment.
  • Lead the identification and implementation of sale ordering processes improvements with standard operating procedures for the order management team and establishing measurable KPIs metrics for the team.
  • Working with Commercial head on inputs and development for annual sales target allocation process, annual incentive plan and support sales performance tracking versus incentive compensation.
  • Collaborating with Commercial head to develop and implement sales force effectiveness initiatives including sales force sizing and structure, and territory optimization.
  • Provide support to Commercial and Finance team on development and tracking of commercial policies, sales and market funding programs, reviews of incentive working and related year on year analysis of payouts.
Qualifications :
  • At least 3-5 years of prior experience in data analysis and business operations in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor degree in a Business, Finance, Economics, Science, Engineering discipline, or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, leadership and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to derive insights and formulate recommendations by integrating and leveraging multiple sources of data.
  • Ability to communicate and present well to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in relevant other software applications such as Power BI and PowerPoint, as well as experience with data analysis and business operations.
