HIRING POSITION: Human Resources Supervisor

WORKING CONDITION: Hybrid

ATTRACTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Bonus 4-6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in developing and planning annual workforce projections.
  • Execute recruitment and selection processes for new employees in accordance with company protocols.
  • Craft job descriptions for designated positions.
  • Identify and leverage new recruitment channels, both online and offline, and effectively employ innovative tools for talent acquisition.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Employer Branding and Onboarding Programs.
  • Supervise and oversee student internship programs.
  • Develop and monitor performance evaluations for new employees during their probationary period.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare various documents and reports as delegated.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of labor laws pertinent to job responsibilities.
  • Customer service-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
