HIRING POSITION: Human Resources Supervisor
WORKING CONDITION: Hybrid
ATTRACTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Bonus 4-6 months
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in developing and planning annual workforce projections.
- Execute recruitment and selection processes for new employees in accordance with company protocols.
- Craft job descriptions for designated positions.
- Identify and leverage new recruitment channels, both online and offline, and effectively employ innovative tools for talent acquisition.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Employer Branding and Onboarding Programs.
- Supervise and oversee student internship programs.
- Develop and monitor performance evaluations for new employees during their probationary period.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare various documents and reports as delegated.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of labor laws pertinent to job responsibilities.
- Customer service-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
