The business is now blooming and we are looking for someone to be a thought partner to the CEO. The company has about 19 branches nationwide and is about to expand the business to other countries in Asia. This position will give you a chance to work closely with the CEO and will fast-track you to a higher position in the company on both domestic and international platforms.

Job Description:

  • Manages special projects with other departments and/or business partners on behalf of the CEO
  • Perform accurate research and analysis as assigned
  • Supports and maintain relationship with business partners as assigned
  • Work closely with CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • Maintain executives agenda and assist in planning appointments and conference
  • Schedule, prepare materials and notes, and ensure follow-up for various management meetings including staff or other meetings
  • To provide full secretarial support including filing and keeping confidential information
  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support

Qualifications Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in any related fields
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an executive assistant or secretary
  • Proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision making ability
  • Self-motivated and result oriented, and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationship with business partners
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as a team member
  • Strong computer literacy particularly MS Office
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 800 TOEIC score)
