Senior Project Manager

For the project manager role, we're looking for candidates who have strong experience in project management. Required candidates from the finance, banking, and payment industry. Good at Agile methodology and good at English communication as they need to work with the regional team. The budget is up to 100K. This position is a replacement. 

There are 2 rounds of interviews for both positions. The first is with the director/ senior manager and the final interview will be with CTO. 

Projects Manager (Senior manager level)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

· Act as head of project management team for any enterprise project in Thailand for e-commerce payment gateway, mobile banking, 3D secure ACS and MPI projects.

· Act as dedicated project manager for key enterprise projects such as new bank customer implementations.

· Manage, support and oversee project managers and project coordinators who are part of Thailand enterprise team.

· To take main responsibility of the project from initiation to closing to ensure that project scope has been successfully implemented.

· Act as primary communication point and maintain good relations with all the bank customers in Thailand.

· Setup routine by quarterly to have a visit onsite or call with customer banks to discuss ongoing incidents, new possible enchantments and new implementations.

· Assist with proposal preparations, proposal follow up and discussion with potential bank customers to present new projects and solutions.

· Setup standard process with infra and support team to monitor SLA of bank customer issues.

· Closely work with IT development to arrange development resources and support for incidents.

· Report to department head weekly about project progress, open issues and other business-related matters.

Qualification

· Highly passionate attitude to product development and payment industry.

· Solid experience in payment, banking, financial services and related industries is preferred.

· Able to communicate with remote teams and stakeholders in various countries on a daily basis.

· Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.

· Working knowledge of and experience in AgileScrum.

· 10+ years of working experience as product owner, product manager, business analyst, project manager or any relevant title.

· Proven track record of clients' project deliveries would be an advantage.

· Working knowledge of REST API, JSON, SQL would be a plus,

· Good communication in Thai and English is required.

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field.
