Position Overview
As a Consumer Manager, you will play a vital role in steering the sales strategy and ensuring the successful execution of our plans. You'll be responsible for forecasting and planning sales for all SKUs, setting KPIs that align with the company's goals, and leading a team to achieve impactful results. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, manage pricing to be competitive in the market, and ensure that sales targets are not only met but exceeded.
Responsibilities :
Key Accountabilities
- Develop sales forecasts and strategic plans for all SKUs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Create and monitor sales KPIs, keeping them in sync with organizational goals.
- Set competitive pricing strategies that drive company profits.
- Oversee and control sales for all products to consistently meet targets.
- Track and report on market prices domestically and internationally (CLMV regions).
- Manage receivables, ensuring minimal overdue accounts.
- Oversee sales documentation to comply with ISO standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate across departments to meet team objectives and align on initiatives.
- Review daily sales reports and adjust strategies to achieve monthly goals.
- Utilize company resources effectively, focusing on sustainability and safety.
- Report and troubleshoot issues with proactive solutions.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Leverage company resources to champion sustainability and safety, supporting a green future.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years in sales, ideally within consumer-focused industries.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- High integrity, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving under pressure, resilience, and leadership with sound decision-making.
