Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Integration Manager to drive revenue growth and manage critical client relationships while ensuring smooth product integration into new markets. This role will oversee a sales team, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead market expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Expansion:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and boost market share. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both B2B and B2C clients, offering tailored solutions that meet their needs. - Team Leadership:
Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success. - Sales Execution:
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout. - Client Integration:
Manage the integration of products into client operations, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation of solutions. - Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance overall effectiveness. Deliver regular updates to senior management. - Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to uncover new opportunities and trends to support growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle industry. - Sales Achievements:
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships. - Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and mentoring sales teams. - Sales Methodology Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of sales processes, tools (such as Salesforce), and methodologies. - Communication & Negotiation:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
