HIRING POSITION : Marketing Strategy Analyst Section Manager (FMCG)

WORKING CONDITION: HYBRID

LOCATION: BANGKOK

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to develop strategies that drive sales growth, increase market share, and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis and market research to support strategic planning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and media performance against sales targets and market share, offering insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to develop new strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and commercial teams.
  • Work closely with and report directly to the Marketing Director, providing data to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Analysis, Performance Evaluation, or Customer Behavior Analysis, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Experience in marketing planning and management.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with Ac Nielsen & IQvia is a plus).
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
