Working Condition: Hybrid: 4 Days in Office + Domestic Travel 

Location: Thailand

Pay Rate: THB 200000 to THB 250000 + Monthly Commission

About the Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a Country Manager for Thailand, based in Phuket or Bangkok. The primary focus is on driving revenue growth, developing a strong team, and ensuring top-tier customer experiences. The role requires creating and executing a strategic vision that aligns with company objectives, managing service delivery, and fostering new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Thailand team to ensure high-quality service for key accounts and customers.
  • Develop and implement customer service standards to minimize complaints and improve satisfaction.
  • Drive sales of in-destination products, develop new business partnerships, and grow existing ones.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to support local sales efforts and improve conversion rates.
  • Oversee hotel contracting and ensure the best rates for customers.
  • Act as the primary company representative in legal and fiscal matters with government authorities.
  • Manage financial responsibilities, including overseeing accounts payable and supplier payments.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and compliance.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years in middle or senior management, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in the local language considered an advantage.
