Position: Product Executive (Chinese Speaking)

We are seeking Product Executive to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and challenges. Working closely with designers and engineers, you will drive impactful improvements to our products. This particular role is within the Risk Team, which focuses on increasing registration rates by designing, testing, and optimizing features that simplify the sign-up process. Ideal candidates will have the ability to align diverse stakeholder needs to shape an effective internal product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance products that empower employees to perform at their best.
• Build strong relationships with various departments, including operations, finance, sales, and marketing.
• Define product strategy, set priorities, and collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality internal solutions.
• Use data-driven insights by incorporating user research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback into product development.
• Lead exploratory research to identify new opportunities and translate ideas into actionable projects.
• Manage and maintain great relations with external partner

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong technical background, with an understanding of software development, particularly SQL.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a deep intuition for user behavior.
• Proven experience in developing product and marketing strategies and managing cross-functional projects.
• Self-motivated with strong project management skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Chinese are required.
