Senior Product Manager
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with departments across team including operations, finance, sales and work closely with engineering, marketing and operations to scope and implement new features
- Set the product strategy, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers and designers to ship high-quality experiences to internal teams.
- Lead the research and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps
- Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
- Write product specs, evaluate pros and cons and conduct what-if scenario analysis
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Conduct what-if/pros and cons analysis
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Drive data-informed decisions by integrating user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback into product requirements, ensuring products satisfy user needs.
- Lead exploratory investigations to identify opportunities with new teams and develop hypotheses into concrete projects.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Conduct what-if/pros and cons analysis
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a product manager and / or project manager in a startup environment
- Solid technical background in SQL query and programming language such as Python and Java with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
- Has strong skills on UI/UX
- Experiences with app management and improvements on android and IOS and google APK releases
- Extremely strong communication skills
- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong intuition for user behavior
- Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution
- Fluency in English is a must
