Corporate Strategy Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Gather information, analyze business opportunities, competitor situation, competitive conditions in the market both internal and external performance to create a database of Cyber Security industry and analyze it to prepare the company's SWOT to be used as a guideline for developing a strategic plan
  • Doing a workshop with C-Level executives and CEO to come up with a strategic plan at the Corporate-level Business-level and operational-level strategies
  • Together with the Head of Division and C-Level/CEO of the organization set revenue targets, corporate budget and financial budget plans including monitoring, evaluating, measuring and proposing a plan to review such documents at a specified period of time
  • Develop a comprehensive planning process and develop a business plan template for executives and department levels
  • Check the alignment, coherence and link between sub-strategies and organization's strategy
  • Collaborate with Head of Division and HR Business Partners to create corporate KPIs. Determine the performance indicators of the organization in all aspects (KPI, BSC) and the company's annual performance goals. It must be connected and align with the organization's strategy.
  • Understand context of the business requirements to be able to provide insight analysis that is data driven to propose strategic options and make a sound recommendation
  • Conducting research to identify new markets, customer needs, identify risks and opportunities where applicable on the timely basis
  • Leading workshops to identify new concepts, breakthrough ideas leading to new business opportunities
  • Explore and discover opportunities, and proposes potential business deals by contacting and connecting potential partners (internal and external)
  • Communicate ideas and recommendation through presentation to senior managements and other stakeholders
  • Work on any ad hoc projects or initiatives per assigned by CEO and/or senior management team

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or masters degree in related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years experience in related field
  • Have strong knowledge in business administration
  • Have strong analytical skill
  • Have communication skills
  • Be able to coordinate
  • Be creative
