Along with managing petrol stations and offering various support services, the company also operates a chain of convenience stores and engages in the development of health products and digital currency exchange.

Our client is seeking an experienced Group Marketing Director to oversee the operations and strategic growth of its retail business.

They are committed to delivering exceptional products and services to customers across Thailand. As part of their expansion and growth strategy, they are seeking an experienced Group Marketing Director to lead the marketing efforts in various Business Units (BUs).

Position Overview:

The Group Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing and driving all marketing activities within our client's Business Units. This role requires a dynamic and strategic marketing professional with a proven track record in stakeholder management, people influence, and effective team leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand's visibility, market presence, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive marketing initiatives and align them with overall business goals.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  3. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the various Business Units, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
  4. Multi-Channel Marketing: Leverage a deep understanding of various marketing channels, including traditional and digital, to create and implement effective campaigns and promotions.
  5. Customer Engagement: Implement customer-centric marketing initiatives to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
  6. Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of ROI.
  7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and customer preferences to guide marketing decisions.
  8. Retail Focus: Utilize experience in the retail business to tailor marketing strategies and promotions to suit the industry's specific requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar leadership role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and people influence.
  • Demonstrated ability in team management and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing channels and modern marketing techniques.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and budget management abilities.
