Position Summary
Key Account Sales Specialist reports to Sales Manager and is based in Zeer Rangsit, Phatumthani.
Key Account Sales Specialist will promote products by developing & response to regional market requirements for current company residential building solutions.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales volume from key regional developers by educating company solution features & benefits to target decision-makers
- Strengthen upcountry service level by developing a Licensee network in each target region to handle homeowner inquiries
- Establish a strong point of sales to link up with the regional sales team and Licensees network in each strategic territory by creating relationships and implementing sales & marketing activities with selected agents
- Successful initiative of upcountry growth programs by being strong members of the implementation team: Lysaght Solution Centers, Roll Former Centers, etc.
- Enhance influencers product awareness within the regional market by jointly working with the company-specific team
- Effectively launching new products into the regional market by acting as a key driver and messenger to target users
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Having experiences in the construction field 1 3 years: Residential segment is a plus
- Knowledge in engineering design software
- Creative in explaining and presenting product solution/product concept in an easy-to-understand manner
- Effective communication, selling, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated attitude and customer service orientation
- Command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must possess own vehicle
- Able to travel & work in upcountry
