Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Growth Manager to propel their team to new heights. This role demands a seasoned hand in commercial business, exceptional leadership, and a track record of driving growth in team agent business models and startup environments. As the Senior Growth Manager, you'll oversee a larger team, implement impactful strategies, and ensure stellar sales performance to fuel the expansion and success of our team agent business.

Job Highlights:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to fuel growth and maximize revenue within the team agent business model.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, establishing clear performance goals and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion, forge strategic partnerships, and drive initiatives to boost market share and seize untapped opportunities.
  • Harness data-driven insights to optimize sales processes, elevate conversion rates, and propel revenue growth.
  • Produce regular reports on sales performance and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a larger team of sales representatives within the team agent business model.
  • Set clear performance objectives, offer regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure exceptional team results.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, results-driven team environment in line with company values and objectives.

2. Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit growth targets and maximize revenue within the team agent model.
  • Identify avenues for expanding the customer base and increasing product penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, product development, and other pertinent departments.

3. Business Expansion:

  • Identify new markets, demographics, and segments for team agent business expansion.
  • Design and implement initiatives to boost market share and tap into new opportunities.
  • Foster partnerships and collaborations to enhance the visibility and reach of the team agent business.
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including existing team-agent partners and potential collaborators.

4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and analyze data to spot trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to refine sales processes, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
  • Continuously iterate on strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of sales or commercial experience, with insurance background preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in previous sales or commercial roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in both Thai and English (speaking and writing).
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Solid commercial acumen and execution of strategies.
