POSITION: Trade Marketing Executive

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the planning, organizing, and executing of in-store events and activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors to source the items for promotion and POSM support related to strategic account
  • Design POSM brief to agency on concept & mechanics and align with brand & customers
  • Monthly deployment to merchandizing team on monthly focus
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of the merchandising, POSM displays.
  • Budget planning and activities evaluation
  • Review activities budget and accrue for each activity
  • Handle administration and record in the SAP system
  • Ensure smooth operations and on time execution

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalence
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail operations/ sales and/ or marketing in FMCG industry
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels
  • Well developed planning and problem-solving skills
  • Strong in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
  • A strong ability to work independently with little supervision
