Hiring Position: Quality Assurance Analyst (Open to non-Thai candidates)

Working Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Working Condition:

  • Hybrid working mode with 2 days' work from home per week with flexible working hours

Pay Rate: THB 60K to THB 80K

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Mission:

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Analyst to oversee and participate in QA activities, including designing test plans, performing testing, and assisting with Banks UAT for our Corporate Banking solution across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures for new Corporate Banking solutions and subsequent projects and change requests.
  • Document software defects using bug tracking systems like JIRA and TFS, and report defects to software developers.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders (The company's dev team, business representatives, and software vendor) to resolve defects in delivered projects and change requests.
  • Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
  • Manage and maintain testing data and anonymization of testing data.
  • Perform initial analysis and debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine the source of breakdowns.
  • Support and coordinate UAT testing activities during release cycles, ensuring all tests are conducted and documented according to agreed standards.
  • Participate in the development of automated testing tools.

Required Education & Experience:

  • University degree in IT.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar IT position.
  • Good level of English proficiency (written and spoken).

Required Competencies:

  • Experience in defect analysis, logical mindset, and deductive reasoning.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with development teams, providing technical expertise.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and relationship management skills for interactions with Banks management, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Ability to prioritize work, work under pressure, multitask, and demonstrate a high degree of agility in day-to-day tasks.
