PAY RATE: THB 70,000 TO THB 80,000

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical consultancy to clients, with a focus on system infrastructure.
  • Understand customer requirements, environment, and challenges to propose and provide system integrated design and implementation solutions to clients.
  • Perform solution offering functions, such as preparing proposals, demos, presentations, and other related activities.
  • Prepare Proof of Concept equipment for clients to demonstrate system capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with counterpart sales teams, solution providers, and partners.


To excel in a Presales position for Hybrid Infrastructure, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Strong technical knowledge: As a Presales professional, it is crucial to have a deep understanding of Hybrid Infrastructure technologies and be able to communicate technical concepts to customers effectively. Therefore, candidates should have experience and knowledge of cloud computing, data center solutions, virtualization, networking, and security technologies.
  • Customer-centric approach: The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers and partners. The candidate should be able to understand customer pain points, business requirements, and challenges to provide appropriate Hybrid Infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience in Presales: A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Presales position would be beneficial, including exposure to technical sales support and solution proposal development.
  • Communication skills: Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex technical concepts to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Project management skills: The candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and possess project management skills. Experience in managing Hybrid Infrastructure projects from presales to implementation is an added advantage.
  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMware, Cisco, or equivalent, would be an added advantage.
  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant field: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field would be desirable for this position.
