Job Summary:

Our client is the South East Asias largest omnichannel insurtech with a mission to provide millions of underinsured people across South East Asia with access to affordable and personalized insurance protection. In Thailand, they do so by empowering small independent insurance agents with a digital insurance platform to serve their customers, and by collaborating with our partner insurers to create innovative and targeted insurance products for consumers.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Attracting and hiring top talent through effective strategies and recruitment processes.
  2. Understanding and aligning talent acquisition strategies with business needs.
  3. Ensuring a positive candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.
  4. Analyzing and reporting recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and support decision-making.
  5. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Thai nationality.
  2. Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
  3. 10+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly in start-up tech and insurance industries.
  4. Excellent English proficiency.
  5. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  6. Proficiency in data analysis tools.
  7. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  8. Problem-solving mindset and ability to embrace challenges.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
