Job Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of credit analysts, ensuring KPIs are met:
    • Achieve processing volume within SLA.
    • Maintain quality scores within SLA.
    • Schedule the credit analyst team to ensure adequate coverage every day.
    • Ensure adherence to defined SOPs and processes.
    • Train and monitor new hires, ensuring they can perform their duties effectively.
    • Provide coaching and support to the team as needed.

Credit Approval:

  • Perform credit analysis for new applicants:
    • Conduct KYC checks and other required assessments.
    • Evaluate applicants' creditworthiness and make final application decisions.
    • Utilize past experience and expertise to offer insights into related business areas.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in any major from a reputable university.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Credit Analyst or KYC Team Leader in the financial industry.
  • Proficiency in analyzing customer identification profiles.
  • Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
