Senior Legal and Compliance Manager Digital Lending Business

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal and Compliance Manager to lead the legal, compliance, and data privacy functions of our digital lending business. This role is critical in ensuring the company operates with the highest standards of governance while achieving its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all legal, compliance, and data privacy matters across the organization

• Act as the main liaison with regulatory bodies including the Bank of Thailand, the Ministry of Finance, the Anti-Money Laundering Office, and the Personal Data Protection Committee Office

• Provide regulatory guidance and strategic advice to the management and product teams

• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure full compliance while supporting business growth

• Draft, review, and maintain company policies and procedures to align with regulatory standards

• Serve as the Company Secretary, ensuring corporate governance requirements are met

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Law, with lawyer license preferred

• Minimum of 810 years of experience in legal and compliance, ideally in financial services, fintech, or digital lending

• Strong knowledge of Thai financial regulations, AML, and data privacy laws (PDPA)

• Proven ability to liaise effectively with regulators and senior stakeholders

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Ability to balance regulatory compliance with business objectives in a fast-paced environment
