Hiring Position: HR Business Partner Manager: (Open to Thai Nationals Only)

Working Location: Bangkok, Thailand (BTS and MRT Accessible)

Working Condition: Hybrid 

Pay Rate: THB 100K to THB 120K

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.
  • Develop, update, and communicate company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Liaise with service providers for accurate and timely payroll and monthly reports (SSO, PND).
  • Organize new employee orientation and exit interviews, providing feedback to management.
  • Maintain and update HR records, documents, policies, processes, and procedures to meet legislative requirements. Develop and review the Performance Management System.
  • Provide advice and solutions to line managers on HR-related issues.
  • Counsel employees on work-related issues at all levels.
  • Suggest and implement new HR initiatives to enhance existing practices, policies, and strategies.
  • Forecast, manage, and control the HR and administrative budget.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Management, Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Political Science, or a related field.

Experience and Skills

  • At least 8 years of experience as an HR generalist/business partner in a multicultural environment.
  • Mature, professional, and effective in communicating with various stakeholders.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Adaptable to constant changes in business requirements.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving tasks within timelines.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
