Warehouse & Logistics Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse and distribution operations, manage logistics contracts, and lead a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Distribution Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, and timely delivery.

• Optimize warehouse processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.

• Lead and develop warehouse teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align logistics operations with business objectives.

Bidding & Contractual Logistics (CL) Management

• Develop and implement competitive bidding strategies for logistics and transportation services.

• Manage the end-to-end bidding process, including RFP preparation, proposal evaluation, and contract negotiation.

• Ensure compliance with logistics and transportation contracts while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

• Analyze service providers performance to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Establish and track KPIs related to bidding and contractual logistics for measurable results.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external logistics service providers.

Qualifications:

• Male, aged 40-48 years old

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 5+ years in a senior managerial role.

• Fluent in English (writing, speaking, and leadership at a business level).

• Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• In-depth knowledge of inventory control, order management, and distribution processes.
