Responsibilities :
- Set up S&OP process, lead monthly meeting from the consensus demand with internal key stakeholder. Consolidate forecast to team by reports and KPIs
- Create and update accurate demand projections by reviewing historical sale data and trends to forecast future needs
- Analyze available data from demand planning, inventory reports and other resources.
- Ensure the business has a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on materials.
- Manage the storage of inventory and materials
- Monitor and maintain stock balance to ensure healthy inventory level.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders : commercial, operations, production , procurement, and other related teams members
- Perform timely data consolidation, analysis weekly and monthly reporting.
- Plan both short and long-term to align demand and supply to support inventory needs
- Set preferred stock levels and prevent excess inventory
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to supply chain activities.
- Identify risk and opportunities, drive action plan to close the gap.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and collaboration within the team.
- Evaluate and recommend supply chain technologies and systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, WMS (Warehouse Management System) etc.to streamline operations and improve visibility.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management in FMCG / manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
