JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Manage company finances and develop innovative strategies for IPO readiness. Collaborate with the Managing Director to align operations with market expectations and investor needs.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely, accurate financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and forecasts. Maintain compliance with GAAP, IFRS, SET, and BOI standards.
- Capital Financing for Growth: Provide guidance on capital financing options to support growth. Develop models to evaluate capital structure, stock pricing, and attract institutional investors.
- Audit & Transparency Management: Oversee the audit process, ensuring transparency and alignment with IPO requirements. Strengthen internal controls in preparation for public listing.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Identify IPO-related financial risks and ensure SEC compliance. Implement systems for effective risk management and corporate governance.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting and planning, focusing on financial forecasts post-IPO. Regularly update senior management and investors on financial performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven track record in senior financial leadership roles, especially within public companies preparing for or recently completing an IPO.
- Deep understanding of SET and SEC regulations, including IFRS, GAAP, and BOI guidelines. Knowledge of the IPO process in Thailand and globally is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in both Thai & English (reading, writing and speaking) and Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
