HIRING POSITION: Chief Financial Officer (350K+)

Key Responsibilities:

    • Set both annual and 3-5 year financial goals to foster business growth.
    • Coordinate with the management team and the Board of Directors to align strategies and investments.
    • Supervise accounting, finance, and budgeting to ensure systematic and efficient operations.
    • Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and stock exchange requirements.
    • Manage the preparation of Financial Forecast, Budgeting Reports, and Analysis.
    • Develop various reports for management use, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals and business plan.
    • Participate in decision-making and provide advice on investments and financial matters.
    • Review and ensure appropriateness of the company's investment budget to achieve set objectives and strategies.
    • Take responsibility for overseeing and managing the company's tax work.
    • Plan and establish operational guidelines for maximum tax efficiency.
    • Oversee financial management of affiliated companies and those in which the company has invested.
    • Monitor cash status, future projections, and prepare the company's capital plan involving both debt and equity sources.
    • Develop efficient work methods and teams to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a master's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or related fields.
  • Possesses a CPA, CFA, or other finance certificate, considered as an added advantage.
  • Accumulated at least 15 years of comprehensive experience in accounting, finance, taxes, budgeting, and investment.
  • Previous managerial experience in a large publicly listed company is a valuable asset.
  • Has a minimum of 3-5 years of specific experience in financial accounting within the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills with expertise in management, analysis, planning, and communication.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for effective communication and presentations.
  • Strong English communication skills across listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
