HIRING POSITION: Head of HRBP

POSITION: Head of HRBP
The Head of HRBP will be responsible for providing HR guidance, analyzing metrics, resolving employee relations issues, and working with management to improve work relationships and productivity. Acting as consultants, aligning HR practices with business goals
Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Partner with HOD and line manager to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Works on project management such as succession planning, talent management, performance calibration, promotions, etc.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
Requirements:
- At least 10 years HRBP experience with minimum 5 years experiences in lead role
- Experiences in fast paced environment/business
- Ability to lead and manage team
- Well understanding on both blue and white collars natures
- Multi-tasked, and able to work well under pressure.
- Highly developed user of Excel, Google sheet, PowerPoint, etc
- Fluent in English communication is a must
- People Management, Communication and Presentation skills
