Hiring Position: Software developer (Front-End)

Working Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Working Condition: On-Site

Pay Rate: THB 50K TO THB 80K

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Application Development:
  • Develop user-friendly and responsive applications for various purposes, including lease applications, resale platforms, and other real estate-related functionalities.
  • Utilize expertise in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript to ensure the design and functionality meet high-quality standards.
• Mobile Development:
  • Implement mobile development strategies to enhance user accessibility and experience.
  • Ensure that applications are optimized for mobile platforms, meeting the demands of modern users.
• Front-end Frameworks:
  • Apply proficiency in front-end frameworks and libraries such as Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and optionally React, to create dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
  • Prioritize user experience and engagement in the development of front-end components.
• Responsive Design:
  • Implement responsive design principles to guarantee a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Address the importance of mobile responsiveness in real estate applications for user convenience.
• Code Management:
  • Demonstrate expertise in working with branches, merging code, and resolving conflicts in collaborative development environments.
  • Ensure version control and effective code management practices to maintain a stable and reliable application.
• CSS Preprocessors:
  • Apply knowledge and experience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less to streamline and enhance the styling process.
  • Ensure consistency and maintainability of styles across the application.
• Qualifications Integration:
  • Incorporate educational background with a Bachelors degree or higher in a related field to bring a strong foundation to the development role.
  • Leverage 1-3 years of experience in Front-end Development to contribute practical insights and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field
• Hold 2-5 years of experience as a Front-end Developer
• Demonstrate expertise in responsive design and mobile development (Crucial!!!)
• Showcase proficiency in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• Exhibit experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less
• Have proficiency in front-end frameworks and libraries, especially Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and optional experience with React
• Feel at ease working with branches, merging code, and resolving conflicts.
