Business Operation Associate

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented and entrepreneurial Business Operations Associate to push the boundaries of payments into the future and grow company into an enduring company. As a leader in the Operations function here, you will oversee the end-to-end process development & optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and performance management. As part of the Operations team, you will be working closely with a wide range of teams from Growth, to Tech, and to Customer Success.

What you'll be doing

• Research and build strong understanding of the market, merchant/partner/shopper behaviours, external & internal processes, and tools to identify gaps and opportunities
• Develop and continuously iterate operations strategy in accordance to company and operational objectives
• Oversee operations-related resource management, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance requirements
• Lead the execution of operations strategy and special projects with all related teams – involves data analysis, workflow/process/SOP/policy development & optimization, cross-functional collaboration, project management, performance management
• Build, lead and coach an operations team, and guide a high-performance, efficient and productive culture, across the organization
• Track the performance of company operations, report on key metrics, share insights, propose solutions and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, law, engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in an operations, strategy, or management-related role in a high-growth company
• Proven track record of successfully leading and executing operations and impactful projects
• Has strong operating principles, great attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills; understanding the use of great operational tools and technology; systems-thinking mindset
• In-depth understanding of tech ecosystems and its potential opportunities
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaboration across diverse teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Fluent in English and Thai
