Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage overall account profitability via P&L management
  • Initiate, develop and implement online marketing to generate brand awareness, product sales and generate appropriate traffic to e-marketplace, brand.com and Line OA.
  • Initiate, develop and implement online marketing strategy to drive better traffic and sales conversion to meet objective and sales targets
  • Manage, drive and oversee day-to-day operation to achieve e-commerce sales target through all channels (Social commerce, E-commerce marketplace & Branded website)
  • Ensuring optimal product presentation and visibility on online channels
  • Analyze sales data to better understand online shopper behavior and competitive landscape to secure strong channel position
  • Guide team to prepare and analyze pre/post-campaign report and media/content analysis including manage traffic performance, channel performance, campaign performance
  • Coordinating with internal cross function and external parties to ensure business goals are aligned
  • Establish and monitor progress against key performance indicators

Qualification

  • 4-5 years working experience in E-commerce Sales (preferably consumer products)
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of social media platforms, e-commerce market places, and Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Shopee, LAZADA etc.
  • Proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Very strong English and Thai speaking and writing skills
  • Analytical, data driven mindset
  • High interpersonal skills, excels in working with a team
  • Knowledge of magento is a plus
